Mike Templeton is the Director of Digital Experience at Casey’s, the third-largest convenience retailer in the United States. Mike leads the company’s efforts to connect with guests across the Casey’s business and further develop loyalty relationships through the use of Casey’s Rewards, the company’s three-year-old loyalty program that now serves more than six million members. His teams are responsible for designing and delivering personalized guest experiences that drive engagement across the brand’s ecosystem, including its recently refreshed mobile app and proprietary prepared foods business.
