Mike Lindberg is the Senior Director of Payment Solutions for CHS Inc and the Cenex® brand. He has more than 25 years of experience at CHS Inc in Payments and Information Technology. In his current role, Mike is responsible for all strategic, financial, and operational elements of merchant payment acceptance and settlement, third party POS software development, payments testing, and private label consumer, business, fleet, and gift card programs. He leads a cross functional Payment Solutions team that includes Finance, Product Management, Operations, and Customer Support. Previously, Mike was the Director of Information Technology for several lines of business in the CHS Energy and Business Solutions Divisions.
Mike’s current industry advocacy/participation:
- Merchant Advisory Group (MAG): Servers on the Board of Directors, Co-chairs the Petroleum/Convenience Store Special Interest Group, and participates in both the Collaboration Committee and Surcharging Community of Practice.
- Conexxus: Serves as the Past Chair on the Conexxus Board of Advisors. Conexxus is a non-profit, member-driven technology organization dedicated to the development and implementation of standards, technologies innovation and advocacy for the convenience store and retail fueling market.
- US Payments Forum (EMV Migration Forum): Participates in the Petroleum Working Committee.
- Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council – Associate Participating Organization: Holds a PCIP certification (Payment Card Industry Professional) and is one of the founding members of the PCI SSC Petrol Task Force.
