Prior to his tenure at Nouria Energy, Joe served as the vice president of sales and marketing for Tedeschi Food Shops. During his time there, he was responsible for developing and executing sales and branding strategies, as well as overseeing the company's highly regarded retail and foodservice business.

Joe served as the chairman of the Education Committee for NACS (National Association of Convenience Stores) in the past. Additionally, he has been involved with advisory boards for esteemed organizations and brands such as the Federal Drug & Food Administration (FDA), NACS-United Fresh, and Kraft Foods.
Currently, Joe Hamza serves on multiple boards of directors, including the New England Convenience Store & Energy Marketer Association (NECSEMA) and the National Advisory Group (NAG).
