Jocelyn Miller leads the operations and human resources strategy, integration, and maintenance of Love’s Travel Stops & Country Stores entire workforce management suite, which covers 590+ retail locations, 980+ restaurants, 450+ Total Truck Care Solutions, 19 hotels and now RV Parks. Love’s is leveraging the Zebra Reflexis suite to support 33,000+ field team members.
Throughout her career Jocelyn has served in a variety of roles, including many years in the restaurant industry leading training departments and in the c-store industry working in store operations, category management, food service support and now workforce management. In 2021, Jocelyn was named a “Rising Star” in the Top Women in Convenience Awards sponsored by Convenience Store News.
Over the last 4 years, Jocelyn mobilized Love’s workforce into using one platform to keep team members working efficiently. Today, Love’s users are utilizing 8 modules within the Zebra Reflexis suite to include task management, store inspections, time & attendance, schedules, task lists, forms and documents.
