Since joining the business in 2014, Doug has raised the bar for Steritech assessment programs, insisting that they deliver demonstrable, measurable improvement to our clients’ businesses.
Under his leadership Steritech has developed the industry’s leading technology, OnBrand360®, leveraged the company’s unique data for insights that reveal what makes programs effective, and has cultivated extraordinary account management teams.
Steritech has shifted from a very capable audit vendor to an indispensable business partner designing and implementing high-impact assessment programs that help clients both mitigate risk and improve the customer experience.
Doug is a graduate of Harvard University. He resides in Alpharetta, Georgia, is married and has two sons. Doug likes to write and enjoys scuba-diving and golf.
