Lisa Blalock is the President of the Retail Operating Organization for bp. In this role she has responsibility to lead the growth of the retail convenience business across the US inclusive of the ampm and Thorntons brands. This business spans across 1300 stores, 3600 team members and over 250 Franchisees. Previous to this role, she was responsible for the US and Mexico brand portfolio including the bp, Amoco, ARCO, Thorntons and ampm brands across the 7,500+ branded retail stations. She is customer centric, passionate about bp’s guests and customers and is known for her value-based leadership.
Lisa has held several roles with increasing responsibility since joining bp in 2005 that span most of the traditional downstream accountabilities including fuels supply, pricing, program delivery, risk management, trading, commercial optimization, digital, marketing and secondary transportation. Before joining bp, Lisa held various roles at ABN AMRO.
She is married to Chad and has two daughters, Kayla (16) and Maiya (12). In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and never misses an opportunity to venture into the outdoors.
