Josh Birdwell serves Pilot Company as Vice President, Guest and Retail Technology. Josh and his team lead key company initiatives including Commercial Fueling for SCO and Prime Parking Enhancements. With more than 24 years of experience in technology at Pilot, he oversees Retail Technology (point of sale, payments, fuel systems), Digital Development (mobile app and websites), Salesforce, and the Cybersecurity team. Josh has served on the board for the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Tennessee Valley for 11 years.
