Andrew Robbins is a trained rocket scientist turned business visionary. He is the co-founder and CEO of Paytronix Systems, a customer experience platform for restaurants and convenience stores. Andrew is a thought leader and expert across the restaurant and hospitality industries, with a unique passion for customer and employee experience. He has spent more than 20 years advising major restaurant and c-store brands on their loyalty programs and customer experience technology, operating at the intersection of loyalty, CRM, order & delivery and AI. His background in mechanical and aerospace engineering has inspired an enthusiasm for technical and design-oriented precision to create an excellent customer experience – one that is tailored and relevant to each individual consumer. Andrew is a graduate of Princeton University, MIT and Harvard Business School.
